2. Quotes
Any pricing displayed on the website (e.g. “from RM 18,980” price anchors) is indicative only. A binding quote is issued only after a free on-site survey by our engineering team. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Imagery
Some photographs, renders, and diagrams on this website are illustrations produced for design purposes and do not depict a specific SS Solar installation, product unit, or customer site. Equipment appearance, layout, and finish vary by model and by site. Photographs credited to a named customer or location are genuine SS Solar projects, published with permission.
4. Installation contracts
Any installation work is subject to a separate signed contract that specifies scope, schedule, payment milestones, and warranty terms. Product warranties are issued by the OEM (Jinko, Solis, Swatten, LVTopsun, Antai, etc.) and registered in the customer’s name; workmanship warranty is issued by SS Solar.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, SS Solar is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on estimates published on it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johor.
