- Usage data: pages visited, referrer, device type, country/region, session duration. Collected via Google Analytics 4 and (with your consent) Meta and TikTok pixels.

2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your quote request and arrange a free site visit.
- To improve our website, content, and services.
- To run analytics and advertising (only after you accept the cookie banner, Consent Mode v2).

3. Who sees it
Your form data is received by our sales team at marketingsales@sssolar.my. Usage data is processed by Google, Meta, and TikTok under their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
Form data is retained for 24 months from your last contact. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4’s default (14 months). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
