TNB bill drops to ~RM 0 · combined monthly value (bill cut + Solar ATAP export credit): ~RM 402.

How we calculate: kWp size = monthly TNB bill ÷ ~RM 54 (Johor solar yield ~4 kWh/kWp/day). Monthly value = bill × 1.15 — solar offsets the highest TNB tier first (RM 0.55/kWh), so total Ringgit value (bill cut + Solar ATAP exports) typically exceeds the original bill. Cost is tiered by system size (Tier-1 Jinko + Solis/Swatten, eATAP included): RM ~4,500/kWp at 5 kWp scaling down to ~RM 3,500/kWp at 20 kWp+. Roof type adjusts mounting cost. Your real numbers come from a free site visit — every roof is different.
